In a floating disc brake, a pair of friction pads placed opposite each other around the disc rotor are pressed against the end face of the rotor by the forward force of a hydraulically actuated piston housed in the inner caliper and its reaction force. Divide the caliper into two parts, and attach the divided caliper to the torque member integrated with the mounting bracket on the input and output sides of the disc. In addition to being connected using bolts, each friction pad is supported by a pad pin that extends between the inner and outer calipers at the outer periphery of the disc, and the torque applied to the friction pad is directly applied to the friction pad on the inner side by a torque member, while on the outer side, the torque is applied directly to the friction pad. The floating disc brake is characterized in that the brake is indirectly received through the bridge bolt and the slide bush.
