    した温水装置Ａと、室内空気を吸引する吸気室４とに区
    割して該吸気室４には排気ファン５を設けた換気装置Ｂ
    を構成し、該排気ファン５によって室内空気及び燃焼ガ
    スを筐体１に設けたダクト６を介して排出するように構
    成した湯沸器付換気扇装置。
