側部分の周面の途中部に吐出孔１８を形成するとともに
、その他側端部に挿入口１９を明け、吸入孔１７に吸入
弁１６を設は一作動部分１２の内部にポンプ室２０を形
成し、ポンプ室２０の容積を操作部２１で変更操作可能
に構成し、ポンプ室２０の出入口２２の周壁２２ａを本
体部分１３の摺動孔１４及び挿入口１９に気密摺動自在
に内嵌し、ポンプ室の出入口周壁２２ａを摺動孔１４の
受止部１５にバネ２３で押寄せて、その出入口周壁２２
ａで吸入孔１７とポンプ室２０との連通を断ち、 作動部分１２の操作部２１の操作でポンプ室２０を圧縮
する状態では、出入口周壁２２ａが吐出口１８より挿入
口１９側に移動して、ポンプ室２０と吐出孔１８とを連
