【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はプレス加工と電鋳加工とを併用した電気かみそ
り外刃の製造法に関するものである。

従来、電気かみそり外刃を製造する方法としてプレス加
工によって焼入鋼帯に凹凸部を形成した後、該凸部を研
磨して刃穴を形成する方法、あるいは、電鋳加工によっ
て刃穴を有する形状の外刃を一度に製造する方法が知ら
れているが、プレス加工による場合はプレス時の転写性
により刃穴の・コーナ一部に丸味が生じ、その丸味によ
り毛が逃げやすく効率良く毛を剃ることができないとい
う問題点や、金型との擦傷により表面が荒くパフ加工に
よる表面仕上げが必要であるという問題があり、電鋳加
工による場合はドーム状の外刃に相当する電鋳母型を製
作し、これにニッケル等の金属を電着させたのちとの電
鋳母型から電着金属を分離することにより外刃を製造し
ているが、電鋳刃は曲げに対する強度が弱く寿命が短か
いという問題があった。

入した毛を逃がざずひげ剃りを効率良く行なうことがで
きるという効果があり、更に外刃の表面は滑らかである
ためパフ仕上げが不要であり、効率良く外刃を製造する
ことができるという効果があり、更に外刃の曲げに対す
る強度は焼入鋼帯により高められ寿命が長ぐなるという
効果があり、更に、焼入鋼帯の表面についた台型との擦
傷により電鋳層の電着強度が高くなり電着層が剥離しな
いという効果がある。
