Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect the water level of a main body at multiple stages, to acknowledge the water level during the water supply even from the outside of a bath room, and to facilitate the positioning operation of the water level, by blocking the optical coupling of light, which is emitted from a light emitting group, with a light receiving group by a shielding material, which is located at the same water level as that in the main body, judging the signal from a light receiving group by a water level monitoring part, and displaying the result. CONSTITUTION:When a water level is gradually increased, a shielding material 6 in a water level detecting part 2 is also increased. An operating signal is sent to a light emitting group 4a of the water level detecting part 2 from a water level monitoring part 8 at every specified time. When light is shielded by the shielding material 6, the water level monitoring part 8 receives the signal from the light receiving element group 46 and sends an output operating signal to a water level display part 9, which displays the water level in the main body 1. When the water level in the main body 1 is suddenly increased during the time of bathing, hot water corresponding to the sudden increase flows to the main body 1 through a cap 5 at the top end of the water level detecting part 2 and a groove. When a length l1 of the shielding material 6 in the water detecting part 2 is longer than a interval l of a coupling element group 4, one or two light couplings are blocked without fail. Therefore the water level detection can be performed at accuracy corresponding to the interval l of the light coupling element group 4.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the bathtub with a water level detection device of the present invention includes a main body, a water level detection section for detecting the water level in the main body, and a light emitting element group provided on both sides of the water level detection section. a group of optical coupling elements constituted by a group of light receiving elements; a shielding proboscis provided in the water level detection section that blocks optical coupling of the optically coupled water and the child group as the water level rises and falls; and the optical coupling element group; The structure consists of a water level monitoring section that sends and receives operation signals to the element group, and a water level display section that displays the water level based on the output operation signal from this water level monitoring section. In order to prevent the light from being coupled to the light receiving element group by a shielding object located at the same water level as the water level inside the main body, the signal from the light receiving element group is judged by the water level monitoring section and displayed on the water level display section. It has the effect of being able to detect water in the main unit in multiple stages, and also making it possible to check the water level in the water supply even outside the bathroom, and also making it extremely easy to position the water level setting. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

This shield 6 has a soft brush 7 around it in order to improve the transmittance of light inside the water level detection section 2, and is configured to constantly clean the inside of the water level detection section 2. The water level monitoring unit 8 that transmits and receives electrical signals to and from the optical coupling element group 4 is a water level display unit 9.
is connected to send an output operation signal to.

First, when water is started to be supplied into the main body 1 and the water level gradually rises, the shield 6 inside the water level detection section 2 also rises. Then, an operation signal is sent from the water level monitoring section 8 to the light emitting element group 4a of the water level detection section 2 at regular intervals, and the light is blocked by the shielding object 6 in either state a or b (, t'> t) in Fig. 4. Then, in response to the signal from the light receiving element group 4b, the water level monitoring section 8 sends an output operation signal to the water level display section to display the water level inside the main body 1.

Further, when the water level in the main body 1 rises rapidly during bathing, the rapidly increased amount of hot water flows into the main body 1 through the groove through the cap 5 at the upper end of the water level detection part 2. Therefore, the water level during bathing is determined by the length tl of the shield 6 in the water level detection unit 2
If the distance is longer than the distance t between the optical coupling elements 4 and 4, one or two optical couplings are always blocked.
Due to the loop-shaped configuration of the water level detection unit 2 and the cap 6,
Water can be prevented from flowing out.
