縦断面図、第２図は要部の拡大縦断面図、第３図乃至第
５図は作用を説明するために夫々異なる状態で示す貯湯
タンクの縦断面図である。 図中、４は貯湯タンク、５は湯生成装置、１０は逆Ｕ字
管（サイホン機構）、１２は弁装置、１３は湯抜孔、１
４は弁体、１８は操作レバー、１９はコイルばね、２１
は濾過器（コーヒー抽出部）である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部にコーヒー粉を収容するコーヒー抽出部と、湯生成
    装置からの湯を一旦貯瘤する貯湯タンクと、この貯湯タ
    ンク内に所定量貯湯されたときその都度サイホン現象に
    より前記コーヒー抽出部に給湯するサイホン機構と、前
    記貯湯タンクの底部に開閉可能に設けられ給湯終了後に
    貯湯タンク内に残った湯を前記コーヒー抽出部に供給し
    得る弁装置とを具備して成るコーヒー抽出器。
