基部２４が爪取付部１５に揺動可能に枢支されると共に
、爪基部２４と、爪取付部１５の爪部支部３５を介した
前後両側部とが互いに係合して前記傾斜姿勢を維持する
ストッパ一部３６を構成していることを特徴とする正逆
