する差圧検出器。 ■ 前記固型吸着剤aの交換手段が、トラップ4全体の
圧力導管3に対する付替である実用新案登録請求の範囲
第0項に記載の差圧検出器。 ■ 前記固型吸着剤aの交換手段が、トラップ4の分割
状態での両型吸着剤aの入替である実用新案登録請求の
