Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent magnetic interference to a magnetic recording body without decreasing the magnetic attractive force, by a method wherein peripheral edge of a magnetic shield plate installed on a permanent magnet with an engaging hole is covered by a non-magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 1 has an engaging hole 1a, and both surfaces of the magnet 1 are entirely covered except for the hole 1a by a ferromagnetic plate 3 and a ferromagnetic plate 2 as magnetic shield plate attached thereto, respectively. Peripheral edge of the plates 2, 3 is locked by bent edges 4a, 4b of a non-magnetic case 4.
