Claims

A permanent magnet that rotates together with a motor shaft of a motor, an arm that has a soft magnetic material facing the permanent magnet and is rotatably attached to the motor shaft, and an idler that is attached to one end of the arm. The oscillating idler is configured to rotate the arm in the rotational direction of the motor shaft by an attractive force between the permanent magnet and the soft magnetic material, the swinging idler having a groove on the soft magnetic material side of the permanent magnet.
