とこれよりも先部に位置する調節部材を各々軸方向へ摺
動自在に外装し、作動リールと調節部材の間には弾性部
材を介在させて両者を互いに離れる方向へ付勢し、且つ
作動リールは摩擦体を介して固定リールに圧接させ、調
節部材とリール軸は、軸方向へ段階的に変化する係止部
