同軸に固定し、該切換ホイールに、軸方向に突出する爪
を径方向に摺動自在に装着し、且つ該爪を常に径方向外
方に偏倚させる弾性部材を設け、該巻きとり筒体の端部
を支承する軸受部に、生布引き下げ方向にのみ回転でき
るガイドホイールを上記の切換ホイールに対向するよう
に装着して、上記の爪を該ガイドホイール内に突出せし
め、該ガイドホイールには、生布引き下げ方向に該切換
ホイールが回転される時にのみ上記の爪に係合して該爪
を上記弾性部材に抗して径方向内方に移動させる案内部
と、内方に移動された爪を受けとめて切換ホイールの回
転をバイトホイールに伝達させる爪受けとめ部と、切換
ホイールの回転が停止され、前記捩りバネにより切換ホ
イールが生布巻き上げ方向に回転される時に上記の爪を
該弾性部材の作用で該爪受けとめ部から径方向外方に離
脱させる逃出案内路とを形成したことを特徴とするロー
