    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 極低温容器と、この極低温容器を囲うとともに、この極
    低温容器を外部より観測する観測穴を備えた側対シール
    ドと、この側対シールド及び極低温容器を真空断熱する
    真空容器とを有する極低温装置において、側対シールド
    の観測穴に真空容器外部に設けられた駆動装置により開
    閉が可能なシールド蓋を設けるとともにこのシールド蓋
    を冷却す−るようにしたことを特徴とする極低温装置。
