    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同一の型で成形された上部外殻部材と下部外殻部材との
    間に高さが種々異なる筒状の中間部材を配設し、上部部
    材と中間部材及び下部部材と中度間部材をかしめて一体
    に構成するとともに、排気出口管を下部部材の側部に設
    けたことを特徴とする消音器。
