で電気的兼機械的に固着する圧電振動子の気密−容器に
おいて、絶縁基板の主面に導電部を載置し、該導電部と
電気的に接続された引出部を該絶縁基板の側面に設け、
該導電部上に絶縁膜を載置するとともに、該絶縁基板の
主面周辺部にも絶縁膜を載置し、該絶綽基板とフタとを
組合せてなる圧電振動子の気密容器。
(2)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、該導電
部上に絶縁膜を載置するとともに、該絶縁−基板の主面
周辺全周にわたり絶縁膜を載置したこと埴特徴とす乏圧
電−動子の気−一器。
