足していると判断した場合は、未使用新品の電極ワイヤ
が巻き付けられた供給ボビンと交換していた。そのため
、供給ボビン中の電極ワイヤの残量の判断を誤シ、加工
途中で電極ワイヤが不足し、加工中止を余儀なくされた
り、使い残しの電極ワイヤが出たシして電極ワイヤを有
効に使いきれないなどの難点があった。

4近傍に供給ボビン14に巻き付けられた電極ワイヤ1

イヤ重量46と電極ワイヤ残長距離48が刻印されてい
