を延設する如く連通配設された刷子保持部材２と、前記
容器体１０頚部に螺合装着されて前記刷子保持部材２を
押え固定し、且つ縮径上部が前記透孔１２から刷子３へ
の液路を形成する筒状の装着部材４と、一端に押釦１７
を設けた弁棒１８中途に弁孔１９を明けてなり、前記装
着部材４の一側から挿通されその弁棒１８が前記刷子保
持部材２の筒体７を液密に横に貫き、且つ常時バネ２０
で弁孔１９が筒体７外に位置する如く付勢され、押釦１
７をバネ２０に抗して押圧すると弁孔１９が筒体７内に
移動し塗布用刷子３への液路を開通させる弁部材５と、
内部に湿気発散用のスポンジ２５を設けて前記装着部材
４に嵌合装置されたキャップ６とからなる塗布用刷子を
