噴口に臨む開口縁部に沿って所定間隔に径方向内方へ突
出したリップを形成して、該リップにより上記混合気の
一部を上記燃焼室内に閉じ込めて燃焼させると共に、上
記リップ間から混合気の他の一部を上記シリンダヘッド
側に流出させて燃焼させるように構成したことを特徴と
する直接噴射式ディーゼル機関の燃焼室構造。 2 上記リップが、丸形断面で区画された上記燃焼室の
