助電源への切り換え完了を検出する第2のセンサと、上
記第1のセンサからの検出信号に基づいて上記制御弁に
よる上記補助油圧系の制御を可能とし且つ上記第2のセ
ンサからの検出信号に基づC)で上記補助油圧系を不作
