Claims

In runt monitors, which measure radioactive contamination of the measured object by placing a radiation detector on at least one of the upper and lower sides of the feeding belt that transports the measured object, the measuring surface is placed opposite the feeding belt in the feeding direction. A plurality of radiation detectors are arranged in the feed belt and are each held via a moving device so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the feed belt surface, and a radiation detection device is attached to the upstream end of each of these radiation detectors in the feed direction.
