って基本的には４個のシリンダをもうけてなる弁本体と
、ハンドル操作により上記弁本体内を上下動し、通水時
には上記緩衝室と流出口の下方シリンダに密着し、排水
時には緩衝室と流出口の上方シリンダに密着する、基本
的には４個のリング状パツキンを外方に装置し、さらに
内部には通水時に大気に開口される緩衝室と排水口を連
通ずる排水弁を収容するピストンとを備えた水撃防止用
