When the elevator of Unit 1 breaks down, the fault detection contact (15
A) is closed. Here, when the emergency call button (14A) is pressed in the car (2 people), an abnormality signal (31a) is issued via switch 01), and the fault is stored through the converter) and OR gate 0. The signal is stored in the device (2) and sent to the signal conversion circuit 00. Here, when the line is automatically dialed and the line is connected as described above, the signal conversion circuit θQ sends a signal to the changeover switch (e), and the changeover switch (e) is connected to the contact (a) side. At this time, a transmission/reception signal for the call is emitted from the monitoring center aO, and is applied to the connector (a) through the signal receiver (7) and the signal conversion circuit 00, and the transmission/reception changeover switch (55) is switched to the terminal (a) or the terminal ( b). In other words, switching between transmitting and receiving is performed f'
L. In the transmitting state, the voice from the intercom (13A) is transmitted via the transmitting amplifier (53A) - the transmitting/receiving selector switch (55) - the circuit constant adjuster (56) - the selector switch wire → the network control circuit (A). Transferred to telephone line (7), monitoring center 0
A call is made to telephone number 0. Also, in the receiving state,
The transmission/reception switching signal from the monitoring center 00 is sent to the signal receiver (to)
The signal passes through the signal converter θ0, is decoded, and the transmission/reception changeover switch (55) of the connector (c) is switched. Then, the voice from the monitoring center is routed through the network control circuit (a) - changeover switch - circuit constant adjuster (56) -> transmission/reception changeover switch (55) -> incoming call increaser IM unit (54A). ). During this call, when an abnormality signal is emitted from the failure detection device (3+, (4) and the abnormality detection contact (5), a signal is sent from the side of the signal conversion circuit 0 to the changeover switch handle, and the changeover switch handle is connected to the terminal ( The switch is switched to the hu terminal (a) side and the communication device (13A) is disconnected. Then, an abnormal signal is sent to the monitoring center. When the transmission is completed, the changeover switch is switched to the hu terminal (a) side again. , the telephone set (13A) is connected to the line.

The failure detection scanning circuit (incorporated) sends an address signal (33a) to the address line and constantly scans for abnormality signals. The failure detection circuits αQ and αη detect failures in each of the equipment in the building. For example, failure detection circuit α
The output from Q is input to timers (18A) to (18N) and output at different times. The address decoder (a) receives an address signal (33a). When the address matches its own address, its output becomes rHJ, and the AND gates (21A) to (21N) are opened. Now, the outputs of the timers (18A) to (18N) are outputted through the AND game (21A) to (21N). The same applies to the failure detection device (4). AND game) (22A) ~ (22N), (23A)
The outputs of (23N) are placed on the same data line, inputted as data signals DA and DN to the failure detection scanning circuit 03, and sent to the monitoring center 00 in the same manner as described above.

The periodic alarm timer (a) activates the signal conversion circuit θ at predetermined time intervals.
Sends a signal to Q to request a scheduled alarm. The signal converter circuit then automatically dials as described above and sends predetermined data to the monitoring center 0Q. This data is taken in from the control and monitoring device αυ by the data collection circuit, stored in the fault storage device, and sent to the signal conversion circuit. When the above data is sent to the monitoring center 01, a control signal transmitter # (not shown) in the monitoring center αυ
From there, control signals for equipment in the building (1) are transmitted as necessary. The signal conversion circuit 00 waits for return data consisting of the control signal, and if there is return data, it receives it and stores it in the return data storage device Q71. After the line is disconnected, the returned data is sent to the control and monitoring device αυ, and the building (

As explained above, in this invention, a unique number is output through a predetermined number of address lines and the outputs of a plurality of abnormality detection devices are scanned. The number of cables can be reduced, and all abnormalities can be accurately reported with an inexpensive configuration.
