している時には閉弁し前記ダイヤフラム室に大気圧以外
の流体圧が作用している時開弁するダイワラム式排気ガ
ス再循環制御弁と、前記排気ガス再循環制御弁の前記ダ
イヤフラム室へ内燃機関の運転状態に応じて流体圧を供
給する排気ガス再循環制御用流体圧供給手段と、前記ダ
