    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 計算機室等内に配置される磁気ディスク或いは磁気テー
    プ装置における耐塵構造装置において、上記磁気ディス
    ク或いは磁気テープ装置内に空気を吸入する電気集塵機
    構と、この空気よりオゾンを取除くオゾンフィルタと、
    該オゾンフィルタによって浄化された空気を送風するフ
    ァレとから成る電気集塵ユニットを内蔵したことを特徴
    とする耐塵構造装置。
