Claims (1)
- 本体容器と、この本体容器内にその一端から所定長さで
導入固定され開口する差圧導入パイプと、この差圧導入
パイプを包むように設けられこの差圧導入パイプを本体
容器内にて封止する隔膜と、前記本体容器の他端に嵌着
されかつその開口端が前記差圧導入パイプの開口端と隔
膜を介して対向する一方の流通管路と、前記本体容器に
対し上記一方の流通管路の並行となるように嵌着されか
つ本体容器内に開口する他方の流通管路と、前記一方の
流通管路の開口端上に変位可能に保持され前記差圧導入
パイプからの圧力変化により隔膜を介して駆動され一方
の流通管路の開口端を開閉する弁体とを備えたこと′を
特徴とする差圧弁。
