Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は可変抵抗器等の軸に取付けて使用する樹脂つま
みに関するものである。
従来例の構成とその問題点 第１図は従来例における樹脂つ寸みであり、樹脂つ寸み
本体１の軸挿入孔２内に板ばね３を挿入したものである
。この樹脂つ捷みは板ばね３を別に必要とする上に、板
ばね３が長年使用していると折れたりする欠点がある。
第２図は他の従来例であり、樹脂つまみ本体４の軸挿入
凹部５の内壁より弾力性のある突片６を突設し、これに
よって軸を支持するようにしたものである。この樹脂つ
まみは軸を挿入すると、つ壕みの外壁が押されて変形し
、外観状態が悪くなる欠点がある。
発明の目的 本発明は上記欠点を除去し、特別な部品を必要とぜず、
しかも外観状態も良好な樹脂つまみを提供することを目
的とする。
発明の構成 本発明は軸挿入用の四部を設けたつまみ本体を樹脂によ
って構成し、上記凹部の内壁と上記っ寸み本体の外壁と
の間の部分に空間部を設けた樹脂つまみであり、空間部
がクッションの役割をするものである。
実施例の説明 以下本発明の一実施例について１シ１而を参照して説明
する。
第３図、第４図はそれぞれ本発明の実施例を小しており
、軸挿入用四部７を設けた樹脂製のっ計み本体８を設け
る。この四部７の内壁とっ寸み本体８の外壁との間の部
分に空間部９を設ける６、すると、この空間部９がクッ
ションになって輔にしっかりと保持される。寸だ、空間
部９が圧縮されるだけで、つ捷み本体８の外壁が変形す
ることがないものである。
発明の効果 以上のように本発明の樹脂つまみによると別体のばね等
を必要とせず、しかも軸を挿入しても外観状態が悪くな
らないものである。

  1. １ｌＩｌｌ＋挿入用の四部を設けたつまみ本体を樹脂に
    よって構成し、上記四部の内壁と上記つまみ本体の外壁
    との間の部分に空間部を設けた樹脂つまみ。
