  1. 検知部ケース内に超音波送信素子と超音波受信素子を有
    し、検知部ケース゛の検知部表面にそれら素子と対応し
    て超音波放射部と超音波受波部を備えた超音波物体検出
    装置において、検知部表面１０の超音波放射部８と超音
    波受波部９間に円弧状山の波形で隆起形成する超音波緩
    衝帯１１と、この超音波緩衝帯１１面に被装する吸音体
    １２を設けたことを特徴とする超音波物体検出装置。
