  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ケーシング内をピストンあるいｔまベーンにより２空間
    に区画し、この空間内の圧力を操作することによりピス
    トンあるいはベーンを動かして機械的出力を得るものに
    おいて、 前記２空間に等圧の空気を供給する一対の供給ポートを
    ケーシングに設けると共に、前記供給ポートの中間位置
    には、開閉弁ｉこ接続され、且つ前記ピストンあるいは
    ベーンにより内側から閉塞される吐出ポートを設けてな
    る空圧アクチュエータ。
