    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コンデンサ冷却式のディーゼルエンジンにおいて、上記
    コンデンサとの間に設けられたオーバフローパイプを介
    して上記コンデンサ内の流体が導入され同流体が所定温
    度に達したとき作動棒を突出させて燃料噴射ポンプのポ
    ンプラックを直接にまたはガバナウェイトの変位に連動
    して燃料噴射ポンプのポンプラックを移動させるガバナ
    レバーを介して燃料供給停止位置に移動させるサーモバ
    ルブを備えたことを特徴とするエンジンの非常停止装置
    。
