Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ボールペン本体とボールペン本体を挿入し、ペン
    先端部をカバーする本体キャップに、印章付ボールペン
    止め具を側面に設け、印章を本体キャップ頭部に一体的
    に成型した、印章付ボールペンで、又キャップ頭部に設
    けられた印章を保護する、印章キャップカバーを設けた
    ことを特徴とする印章付ボールペン。
  2. （２）印章を保護するカバーキャップ内部に朱肉を挿入
    し、その朱肉と印章の印面部が接着し、印−面部に朱肉
    の朱液が耐着して捺印出来るようにしたことを特徴とす
    る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の印章付ボール
    ペン。
  3. （３）ボールペン本体頭部に本体キャップを受は止め接
    合する本体キャップ受止め部が設けられている、実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項またわ第２項記載の印章付ボー
    ルペン。
