Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 給紙方向に回転するフィードローラと、用紙通路を挾ん
    でこれに圧接し給紙方向と逆方向に回転駆動可能なセパ
    レーションローラとを有し上記ローラと用紙との間及び
    用紙相互間の摩擦係数の差により、重送紙を分離して給
    紙する給紙装置において、上記のローラ対の給紙方向下
    流側直後に配置され、用紙の有無及び重送を検出する紙
    検出手段と、該紙検出手段が用紙を検出しない時はセパ
    ゛　　レーションローラをフリーにし、用紙を１枚検出
    した時はセパレーションローラを停止し、用紙を２枚以
    上検知した時はセパレーションローラを給紙方向と逆方
    向に駆動するように制御する制御手段とを有することを
    特徴とする給紙装置。
