    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 情報を記録あるいは再生可能な記録域とその記録域の外
    周に形成された記録不可能な非記録域とを有するディス
    クを収納する第１の位置と、そのディスクを回動させる
    回動手段と近接する第２の位置との間を移動自在であり
    、表面部に前記ディスクを収納可能とするポケットと、
    そのポケット内で前記ディスク゛の非記録域と当接しそ
    のディスクを保持するディスク受は部と、前記ポケット
    の外周の表面部の形状が前記ディスク受は部に保持され
    たディスクの中心に向って下降するように勾配形状とな
    っている周辺部とを備えたことを特徴とするディスクキ
    ャリヤ。
