CONSTITUTION:A centralized load cotrolling system is formed by connecting plural terminal devices 31-3n to a main operation board 1 through a transmission line 2. To each terminal device 3n, loading devices, such as lighting device, etc., are connected and, at the same time, operation switches 41-4n are also connected. The loading devices are controlled by operating a relay, etc., provided to the terminal device 3n by means of a control signal from the main operation board 1 and a loading device directly connected to another terminal device 3n is controlled by the aforementioned operation switch 4n.
