Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A support plate that is locked to a support body, and a rotating body that is pivotally supported by the support body, and that is rotatably and integrally pressed and locked to the support plate. A brake device comprising: a brake plate; a plurality of locking portions formed on one of the support plate and the brake plate; and a retaining portion formed on the other side that engages and disengages from the locking portion. 2. The scope of the utility model registration claim, wherein the locking portion is formed as a through hole, and the retaining portion is formed by: an engaging body that engages and disengages from the through hole, and a recess for storing the engaging body.
