DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an improvement in a cast bandage. A cast bandage that has been generally known so far is formed by sprinkling gypsum powder on gauze fabric or knitted fabric. After soaking it in warm water, it was wrapped around the affected area to an appropriate thickness and fixed to the affected area to form a cast. This conventional cast band is very heavy because it uses gypsum powder as a material, and when casting a relatively large area, such as when casting the entire leg, it becomes quite heavy and has to be handled carefully. It is also difficult for the patient. In addition, during the process of immersion in hot water, gypsum powder sometimes scatters and stains floors, clothes, etc., and cleaning and cleaning up afterwards is a problem. Due to its nature, gypsum powder has poor X-ray transmittance, so even if it is irradiated with X-rays during the healing process, the degree of recovery cannot be determined, and a cast bandage with good X-ray transmittance has been required. Furthermore, after the gypsum powder is softened in hot water, the average value of the gypsum powder is approximately 4
It took 0 minutes, and during that time the patient was basically unable to move, which was also very difficult. Once the skin powder is fixed, it becomes very difficult to remove the mold.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a cast bandage that maximizes the incompatibility between polyvinyl chloride and foamed plastic materials and the characteristics of foamed plastic materials, and is lightweight and easy to handle.

以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて具体的に説明す

An embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described below based on the drawings.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a peeling material made of polyvinyl chloride or the like, which is a material that has no affinity with the foamed plastic material described below, and the peeling layer 1 is laid down to an appropriate width and length. Then, a sheet-like main body 2 made of bandages such as gauze, bandages, cotton, etc., which is slightly narrower and shorter than this, is attached on top of this covering layer release material 1. A foamed plastic material 3 is applied onto the sheet-like main body 2 constructed in this way.

Preferably, the foamed plastic material 3 is a foamed urethane liquid prepared by mixing iso-cyanate as the A agent and polyol as the B agent at a ratio of about 50X:50%.

For long-term storage, for example, the foamed plastic material 5 should be divided into parts A and B, stored in plastic bags, etc., and integrated with other parts. It is preferable to have a structure in which agents A and B are mixed and applied as described above at the time of use. This is because it allows for portability and long-term storage.

Next, the usage of the present invention will be explained. First, cotton is wound around the affected area to an appropriate thickness. Then, when the cast bandage constructed as described above is wound one after another, the applied foamed plastic material 5 foams to fit the affected area and expands to an appropriate thickness.

The time is approximately 10 minutes. Thereafter, the covering material 1 is removed and a bandage is then wrapped to form a cast. Alternatively, a cast bandage may be wrapped around the created model to construct a cast as described above.
