Claims

A fixed torque receiver that supports a pair of friction pads facing each other so that they can slide in the axial direction of the disk with a disk that rotates integrally with the wheel in between is connected to two pairs of bridge parts that span the disks of the member. The two ends of the disc are received from the outside in the radial direction of the disc, and the intermediate part is received by the friction pad from the inside in the radial direction of the disc. A pair of wire spring portions that generate a spring force that presses against the friction pad support surface of the fitting member are connected to each other at least at one end, and one end of both wire spring portions is connected to the disk shaft by one bridge portion of the member. The wire spring part is clamped in the direction of the friction pad, and the torque receiver also generates a spring force that biases the member in the direction away from the disk.
