  1. 俯仰シリンダにより大きな角度で俯仰するブームを設け
    、該ブームの先端側に、巻上ウィンチ側の巻上ロープの

    要距離すれるよう、複数の固定シーブを取付け、巻上ウ
    ィンチに最も近い側のシーブの巻上ロープ導入部を平面
    から見て略巻上ウィンチのドラム幅に対する中心線の延
