Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ホルダと、これに装着されるスローアウェイチッ
    プ、及びそのチップをホルダにクランプする押え金と締
    付ねじとからなるスローアウェイバイトにおいて、上記
    ホルダの先端部上面の側部コーナに第１座部を、またそ
    の第１座部に直交する第２座部をホルダ上面に設け、第
    ２座部の底面に第１座部から離れるように従って下り勾
    配となる傾斜面を、また第１座部に装着される上記チッ
    プの上面に上記第２座部と逆勾配になる傾斜面を形成し
    、上記押え金の下面に上記の第２座部及びチップに係合
    する傾斜面を形成し、上記チップを押え金に遊嵌した締
    付ねじによりホルダにクランプすることを特徴とするス
    ローアウェイバイト。
  2. （２）ホルダの第１座部にチップの位置決めピンを設け
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のスローアウェイバイト。
