  1. 超音波発射後から時間の経過とともに基準電圧が他の所
    定の電圧■ア□に向って指数関数的に変化する波形整形
    回路５と、該回路５の出力電圧と反射信号電圧とを比較
    する電圧比較回路９とを備え、前記所定の電圧ＶＴＨを
    発光ダイオード２１の順方向電圧より得ることを特徴と
    する超音波物体検出装置。
