外面層が硬化する前に所定厚さの心材を該外面層に圧接
させ、外面層が硬化することにより心材を外面層に接着
させた後、更に未硬化の繊維強化プラスチックを心材に
積層して内面層を形成し、内面層を乾燥硬化させてサン
ドイッチ構造体を製造する方法である。以下、本発明実
施の一例を図面について説明する。

未硬化の繊維強化プラスチツクを積層接着して外面層2
を形成する。この積層作業が終了したら直ちに同面に発
泡ウレタン等の心材3を適当な固定具を使用して接着す
る。この場合、心材3の端部をあらかじめ雌型Mの隅部
の丸みと同じ丸みにしたものを使用するとよい。次に、
外面層2が硬化して心材3が外面層2に接着し、この心
材3の接着が終了したら固定具を取除き、未硬化の繊維
強化プラスチツクを積層接着して内面層4を形成し、必
要に応じて更にこの内面層にトツプコート層5を設けて
乾燥硬化させれば上記諸層によりサンドイツチ構造筒体
が成形される。
