DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a spinneret device, in particular, a spinneret device for obtaining yarn by a melt spinning method, which is structurally equipped with a pipe for circulating a spinning solution, for example, a sea-island composite fiber. ,
This invention relates to the improvement of a temporary spinneret for obtaining either sheath-core type composite fibers or hollow type fibers.

Conventionally, as a spinneret device equipped with a pipe for distributing/containing the spinning solution to the spinneret plate, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54
A spinneret device for obtaining a sea-island type composite yarn as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 131020, a spinneret device for obtaining a sheath-core type composite yarn as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-9963, A spinneret device for obtaining hollow fibers, as disclosed in Japanese Publication No. 56-5842, is known.

The reason why the spinneret is provided with a pipe to allow the spinning dope to flow is, for example, to ensure that the mixed flow with the spinning dope of other components is blocked, or to keep the spinning dope that has passed through the pipe as close to the discharge hole as possible. This is to improve the compounding precision by combining it with other components of the spinning dope.

Although it is possible to achieve the above objective by providing a vertical projection on the periphery of the discharging hole at the tip of the spinning hole without providing a pipe on the spinneret plate, from the viewpoint of improving productivity, it is possible to achieve the above purpose by providing a spinning hole with several hundred spinning holes.
In the case of as many as 1000111 to 1000111, a pipe insertion hole is formed in the spinneret plate, the pipe is inserted and fitted into the hole, and the tip is made to protrude.

However, the spinneret plate provided with pipes in this manner has the disadvantage that its durability against aging, that is, the life of the spinneret plate is extremely short.

その理由は、一般に溶融紡糸法の場合の紡糸条件、特に

The reason for this is that the spinning conditions in the melt spinning method, in particular, the temperature is 250°C to 300°C during spinning, and 450°C to 500°C in a salt bath etc. when cleaning the spinneret device, and the temperature is repeatedly raised and lowered. This is because a gap is created between the pipe insertion hole of the spinneret plate and the pipe, and the spinning dope may leak or the pipe may come out completely, making it unusable.

Therefore, the frequency of replacing the spinneret plate increases, and the operability of the spinneret device decreases.

The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and to provide a spinneret plate that has a long life with little change over time even after long-term use, and can improve the operability of a spinneret device. It is.

The spinneret plate of the spinneret device of the present invention is as shown in the figure. It is characterized in that it is inserted through and fitted into the provided vibrator insertion hole 3, with its tip protruding, and is welded and attached to the spinneret plate 2 by resistance welding, laser beam or arc welding, etc. .

It is sufficient to weld the pipe 1 and the spinneret plate 2 by welding the expanding conical wall 1a at the proximal end of the pipe 1 and the expanding conical surface 3a at the opening of the pipe insertion hole 3, as shown in the figure.

As described above, the spinneret plate in the spinneret device of the present invention is welded to the pipe or spinneret plate for distributing the spinning dope, so that the temperature at 250°C to 300°C during melt spinning and the spinneret plate are When cleaning the equipment, use a salt bath, etc. at 450℃ to 500℃
Even if the temperature rises and falls repeatedly, there is no gap between the pipe and the pipe insertion hole in the spinneret plate, and the spinning stock solution does not leak or the pipe comes off, making it durable for long-term use. be able to. Therefore, the spinneret plate has a long lifespan with extremely low replacement frequency, and the spinneret apparatus has an excellent effect of being extremely operable.
