When wood flour is mixed with vinyl chloride resin and extrusion molding or injection molding is performed, resin components such as rosin contained in the wood flour separate and precipitate, causing damage to the inner wall of the cylinder of the extruder, the surface of the screw, the inner wall of the die, etc. The phenomenon of deposits containing vinyl chloride resin and wood powder is often observed.

By mixing 3 to 10 parts by weight of at least one lubricant selected from the group consisting of polyethylene waxes with a molecular weight of 7,000 or less, the adhesion to the walls of cylinders, dies, etc. described above can be achieved. It is possible to prevent the heat content of vinyl acetate resin by roughly suppressing the heat caused by abrasion and wood powder.

The vinyl chloride resin referred to in the present invention refers to polyvinyl chloride and copolymers mainly composed of vinyl chloride, such as vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers, vinyl chloride-ethylene copolymers, etc. It is a graft copolymer of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and vinyl chloride, etc., and its degree of polymerization is 500.
It is preferable to use water in the range of 1300 tons to 1300 tons. However, if the degree of polymerization of the vinyl chloride resin used is less than 500, the strength is weak and cannot be used in practical use.
If it is 0 or more, the melt viscosity is too high and molding becomes difficult.

If it is added in excess, it will become too slippery, causing phenomena such as dripping (due to insufficient gelation of the fi1 fat) or the resin slipping inside the extruder, making extrusion impossible. However, according to the findings of the misfits, a unique phenomenon in compositions made by mixing wood flour and vinyl chloride resin is that even if a large amount of the lubricant is added, the lubricant does not become excessively smooth, and on the contrary, extrusion It has been found to be highly effective in preventing tar components in wood powder from adhering to the interior walls of the machine and suppressing heat generation in the resin, making it possible to obtain good products.

1 to 8 parts by weight is suitable. If the amount is less than 3 parts, either or both of the tar prevention effect in the wood flour and the heat generation prevention effect of the resin will be insufficient, and a method is generally adopted in which the amount of the lubricant increases as the l content of the wood flour increases. However, even in that case, the effect is already sufficient if 10 parts by weight is added.

11 [Method for producing acid and molded product from the composition of the present invention: ? The second method is the same as the conventional method for producing a composition of hard vinyl chloride resin and the method for obtaining a molded article, and for example, the composition of the present invention is produced by mixing the raw materials with a super mixer. Then, extrusion molding with a single or twin screw extruder using the blended powder,
The mixed powder is once made into pellets, and the pellets are extruded.7. .. ) method etc. are used.

As explained below, according to the method of the present invention, resin components do not stick to the inner wall of the die, the sill, etc. (and the decomposition of wood powder and resin can also be prevented, so it is possible to easily form synthetic wood assemblies. It is possible to perform molding processing.
