Description
第1図は循環式冷凍機を使用して光電変換装置の素子を
冷却する従来の方法を概念的に説明するための断面図、
第2図は本考案に基づいて改良された前述充電変換装置
のヒートシンクとクーリングヘッドとの対向部の構造を
示す概念的な要部断面図である。
図において、1は光電変換素子、2はヒートシンク、3
はクーリングヘッド、4は機械バネ、5は赤外線透過窓
、7.8は真空容器の外筒および内筒、9はコバール内

Claims (1)
