Claims (1)
１の弁を有する第１の導圧管を設け、これら高圧用およ
び低圧用の第１の導圧管の先端にそれぞれ受圧用の隔膜
を有する高圧用および低圧用受圧部を取りつけ、上記差
圧検出端と上記各第１の弁との間の各第１の導圧管にそ
れぞれ第２の導圧管を連結し、これら第２の導圧管の先
端部にそれぞれ高圧用および低圧用の校正入力装置を設
け、上記高圧用および低圧用の第２の導圧管を互いに均
圧弁を介して連結したことを特徴とする隔膜付差圧伝送
