態を示す部分断面図である。 １・・・ボデー、３・・・貫通孔、４・・・ボール、４
ａ・・・ボール面、５・・・シートリテーナ、６・・・
ボールシート、８・・・非金属シールリング、８ａ・・
・薄いリング、９・・・均圧プレート、１０・・・スペ
ーサリング、１１・・・スプリング機構。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）バルブ用ボデー内に貫通孔を有するボールを回転
    自在に設け、該ボデーとボールとの間にシートリテーナ
    を設け、該シートリテーナにボール表面をシール接触す
    るボールシートを取付けたボールバルブにおいて、上記
    シートリテーナの外周面とボデーの内周面との接触位置
    に、不燃性、不溶融性の非金属シールリングを装着し、
    ボデー内に装着したスプリング機構で上記シートリテー
    ナと該非金属シールリングを均圧プレートを介してボー
    ル方向に押圧自在に設けたことを特徴とするボールバル
    ブ。
  2. （２）非金属シールリングの半径方向断面を矩形又は正
    方形に形成し、その断面形状の高さＨと幅Ｗの比率（Ｈ
    ／Ｗ）の値を、略゛１．５〜０，７とした実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のボールバルブ。
  3. （３）　　非金属シールリングは、エンドレス状の薄い
    リングを流体圧方向に対して直角方向に数校積層して形
    成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の
    ボールバルブ。
  4. （４）　　均圧プレートとシートリテーナとの間に可燃
    性、可溶融性のスペーサリングを装着した実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項記載のボールバルブ。
