に被滅菌物を濡らす一因ともなり不都合を生ずる又、内
借であるチャンバーに飽和蒸気を充満して滅菌中に外缶
のジャケット空間にチャンバーより高温の飽和蒸気を充
満しているときは、チャンバ−内の飽和蒸気が過熱蒸気
となり被滅菌物の滅菌が不完全になると共に被滅菌物を
老化さす等の悪影響を生ずる。従って滅菌中においては
内外缶温度は一致さす必要がある。
