    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電熱による面発熱体を内装し、その上面を保護材を以て
    覆い、下面には断熱材を置いたヒーターマットを、雨水
    を透過できるように各ユニットを断続して地面に埋設し
    て之に通電し、該地面または地表構造物を加温すること
    を特徴とする、ヒーターマットを用いた地面の凍結防止
    装置。
