Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

a rotating shaft that supports and fixes the lid and has a rotating surface on its outer periphery;
a holding frame that rotatably holds the rotating shaft; a regulating member that presses against a rotating surface of the rotating shaft and restricts rotation of the rotating shaft;
A bearing device comprising: a spring whose end portion is latched to the holding frame to urge the regulating member into pressure contact with the rotating surface of the rotating shaft.
