Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a tensile strength of an external lead wire and also improve the appearance of the terminal connected part by a method whrein insulation members, each of which has a specified U-shape notch, an insertion groove and a housing part within its thickness, are mated to a housing part of the transformer bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A lead terminal 4 is composed of molded insulation material such as synthetic resin and a lead wire fixing U-shape notch which is composed of an insertion groove 22 in which a lead wire is inserted, a guide part 22a which keeps the U-bent form of the lead wire 18 and a guide hole 23 which holds the end of the lead wire 18 is provided within its thickness. A withdrawing groove 26 through which the end of the coil X of the other side is introduced is also provided to the molded insulation member. Connected part of the coil end X and the lead wire 18 is housed in a housing part 24.
