い保護膜をはりつける。 第３図は従来の保護膜で、紫外線を透過しない様に作ら
れており、片側の全面に粘着物が塗布されている。第４
図は本考案による保護膜で、粘着　、物が図の斜線部の
みに塗布されている。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パッケージ上の透過窓を通ｌ−で紫外線を照射する事に
    より記憶内容を消去する読み出し専用記憶装置において
    、該透過窓主表面上に該透過窓と密着する部分について
    は粘着物が塗布されていない保護膜が設けられている事
    を特徴とする紫外線消去型読み出し専用記憶装置。
